Shipping policy

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a very small team of humans working with human hands, lovingly folding, wrapping, boxing each item carefully with gratitude and care. We aren't perfect, but always do the best we can. 

 

What about shipping?

We ship Koryphae both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live domestically, you should get it between 2-8 business days. International shipping is longer.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For international shipping, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (incl. VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Koryphae is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification form us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@danielacaine.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. We will refund the full amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@danielacaine.com with the order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
